I have been using Wateen more then two years from now,when i first applied for indoor ,i ordered for outdoor for exchange.Wateen help line always reply with "we are short in outdoor devices try again after 10-15days".i said OK . Called after 12days then the same answer,then tried and again the same,every time same ..i was literary fed up and didn't made any further calls
My neighbours wanted a wireless connection so i called the person and asked for wateen outdoor if available,at that time it was so i bought wave 2 and set it up to relatives house and it gave full five signals ,then i call to buy for myself,this time they said only new purchase available not for exchange,then i said OK.Gave 4months bill payment and got my outdoor(Jupiter).was very excited ,called installation team , their rude kind of behaviour,ignored ...
They said this Jupiter is faulty claim for another as hey tried to update in between it broke, i thought WTF .. Called the person from whom i bought ,he exchanged it.
INTERESTING STORY BEGINS NOW
Called the installation team they came and took whole day,can't find signals ,at one place they got CINR=11 (it is the number which increases so the internet speed is good if decreases then not )as they said .This no. means fair signal strength ..i told them its not good keep on trying for better, they didn't listen ; as usual they said it is very good signal this n that ..bla bla bla
Then i connected it with my linksys router and check the speed ,it WAS PATHETIC
I was on fire , i had to go to university at that time (6pm)so i went,came back at 8pm and went on roof took it off from the rod (as they didn't brought their own were using mine instead) n searched for signals , took me 40-50mins and got CINR 15 stable ,i was very happy (see pic below)
Then i tested the speed at speedtest.net and got so low rate of download,high rate of ping(never did came below 225)as i tested several times for an average. Below snap is the highest speed it got

then i connect to WiMax(Blade device) and went to my room and saw its CINR and pic is below
but its speed was far better then jupiter with two signals and AVERAGE speed is below(still in the room)

i just returned the device in exchange i brought Bolt2 for try , it was also same as jupiter..so low quality products they have launched.They are declining in market and will be contouring huge loss in front of them.
I'm gathering money for nayatel ,right now can't afford.. this whole story is to make you people realize that wasting money on wateen services IF it doesn't have signals in your area.Making aware of wateen new devices,other wise the choice is yours...
Bolt 2 device is beneficial for those who are using blade and not utilizing telephony services because Rs.120 less be charged

i can't access to my zte ix380 clear not waten i used all password possible with no success i reset the router and nothing happen please do you have any idea !
